In recent last few years, there was a tremendously increasing use of digital photogrammetry especially that which uses oblique images due to increasing needs for more details extracted from aerial images. Oblique imagery has an ability to reduce efforts and budget that are consumed by conventional photogrammetry..

This study investigated resuscitation of quality assurance services for effective delivery of instructional contents in public universities in the South East Zone of Nigeria. Quality is a foot hold for restoration of standards in public universities. Without quality assurance in public universities, the standards of teaching and learning will drift. One research question was used for the study. Descriptive survey research design was adopted for the study. Population of the study is 250 which comprised 100 female lecturers and 150 male lecturers in Federal University of Technology Owerri, Imo state. Stratified random sampling technique was used to select 40 male lecturers from Project Management and Chemical Engineering Departments. On the other hand, 60 female lecturers were selected from Departments of Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering and Agricultural Engineering Departments which gave a sample size of 100. Instrument used for data collection was a researcher developed questionnaire “titled resuscitation of quality assurance for effective delivery of instructional contents in public universities in Nigeria” with four rating scale of strongly agree, agree, dis agree and strongly disagree. The instrument was validated by two specialists from department of Business Education of Madonna University Okija campus, Anambra State. Cronbach alpha statistics was used to determine the reliability coefficient of this study at 0.78 and 0.97, which shows that the instrument was reliable for use in this study. A total of 100 questionnaires were administered to the respondents and a total of 100 questionnaires were returned from respondents, non- got missed. Mean was used to analyze the data generated. The findings of the study revealed that quality assurance is important for the restoration of quality teaching in public universities in the South East zone of Nigeria. It was recommended in the study that public universities' management should strengthen more quality assurance strategies in public universities in the Southeast Zone of Nigeria. This would enable lecturers to belt up their shorts for effective delivery of instructions in public universities in Nigeria. .

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have become essential for modern monitoring and automation systems, but their performance is often limited by energy constraints, uneven communication load, and the formation of energy holes around static sinks. Sink relocation emerges as a powerful strategy to address these challenges by dynamically repositioning the sink to balance energy consumption, reduce communication distances, and enhance overall network stability. This study presents a comprehensive analysis of sink relocation strategies including random, controlled, and intelligent mobility models and evaluates their impact on key performance metrics such as energy efficiency, packet delivery ratio, throughput, and network lifetime. Using optimization and AI-based mobility methods helps make the network stronger by adjusting to leftover energy, how many nodes there are, and changes in traffic The results show that moving the sink in the right way greatly enhances WSN performance, reduces areas of high energy use, and allows for long-lasting operation in various real-life.
A Review of Data Science: What It Is, How It Works, and Where It's Headed
Venu Jannigorla, Perigisetti Nagendra Murthy
Data science, while its revolutionary influence on numerous industries and fields, has a fundamental problem: the fundamental absence of a singly accepted definition. Such definitional imprecision coupled with the still-emergent status of its core scientific foundations and severe educational shortcomings considerably discourages its full potential as a unified, recognized discipline. The reality of the present, which is dominated by fragmentary methods and over-reliance on isolated, stand-alone technological tools, sadly limits the full potential of data extraction and good knowledge creation. The current analytic systems of analysis and software packages, however able individually, are in practice usually pursued without a guiding theory. .
